The Community Health Outreach is an annual project aimed at improving access to basic healthcare services for widows and women.

Project Description

In partnership with The Heart Message and Lagos State Health District Six, RWCF organises annual medical outreach programmes that provide health education, basic screenings, and medical support within underserved communities.

Objectives

• To provide access to basic healthcare services

• To promote early detection of health conditions

• To improve community health awareness

Impact

The outreach has reached many women who otherwise have limited access to healthcare, contributing to improved health outcomes.
